How to create a profile, what it costs to join, and what you need before you start.
Yes. Creating an account and building your bio-data profile costs nothing. You pay only when you choose a verification level or a premium membership. There are no listing fees, no per-contact charges, and no commission on a successful match.
You need a working email address or Pakistani mobile number for sign-in, your full name, gender, city, sect, age, profession, and education details. CNIC and supporting documents are only required later, and only if you choose a verification level.
Yes. We support Google sign-in, Facebook sign-in, email and password, and Pakistani mobile number with SMS one-time password (OTP). If you would rather not remember a password, use Google or the phone OTP option.
Use the password reset link on the login screen to receive a reset email. If you registered with Google, Facebook, or a phone number, sign in through that same method instead — those accounts do not use a password.
Yes. You can update your bio-data, photos, and documents from your dashboard at any time. You may also request deletion of your profile and associated documents; verified records already issued to you remain your property.
Yes. Our Parent Portal lets a parent or guardian hold a separate guardian account linked to the candidate. The guardian can review proposals, approve or decline contact requests, and authorise document unlocks, while the candidate retains their own login.
What each verification level checks, how long it takes, and who carries it out.
Level 1 verifies documents (CNIC, education, profession). Level 2 adds police station verification and a Union Council character certificate. Level 3 adds a physical doorstep visit with family interviews and neighbourhood audit. Level 4 adds professional and overseas verification, including employer and college confirmation. Each higher level includes the checks below it.
Document verification (Level 1) typically completes within two to three working days. Police and council checks (Level 2) generally take five to ten working days depending on the district. Doorstep visits (Level 3) are usually scheduled within 48 to 72 hours of your request, with the report following shortly after.
Trained field officers employed or contracted by Verified Rishta conduct doorstep visits and neighbourhood checks. They carry identification, follow a standard checklist, and submit a signed scorecard that becomes part of your verification report.
You are informed of the specific finding and given the opportunity to clarify or supply additional documents. If a claim cannot be substantiated — for example an unverifiable degree or an employment claim that does not hold up — the report states that plainly. You are not charged again to re-submit corrected documents within the same verification level.
Level 1 is the entry point and covers document verification as a package. If you need only a single document confirmed, contact our team and we will advise whether a targeted check is possible for your case.
No. Verification is voluntary and you can browse and create a profile without it. However, verified profiles receive a trust badge, rank higher in search results, and receive considerably more genuine contact requests than unverified ones.
A verification report reflects the position on the date of the check. We recommend refreshing a report if more than twelve months have passed, or if a material fact has changed such as employment, city, or marital status.
Yes. Verification is not restricted to profiles created on our platform. If your family has a proposal from another source, you can engage us to run the same checks independently before you commit.
What things cost, how to pay, and what happens if you change your mind.
Level 1 (Document Verification) is PKR 2,500. Level 2 (Police and Council Verification) is PKR 7,500. Level 3 (Doorstep Visit and Interviews) is PKR 19,900. Level 4 (Professional and Overseas Verification) is PKR 14,900. Premium membership is PKR 4,900 per month and the Matchmaking Booster is PKR 2,900 one-time.
We accept JazzCash Business QR payment and Zindagi transfer. Scan the QR code shown at checkout or send the transfer to the beneficiary account displayed, then submit your transaction reference so we can match the payment to your profile.
Payment is received by Verified Rishta Matrimonial & Background Verification Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd., the legal entity operating this website. The beneficiary name shown at checkout will match this registered business name.
Higher verification levels can be split across stages — for example, an initial payment to begin document checks and the balance before the doorstep visit is scheduled. Contact our team to arrange a staged payment for your case.
Verification fees are refundable if the check has not yet commenced. Once field work has started, costs incurred for officer time and third-party fees are not recoverable, but any unearned portion is returned. Premium memberships can be cancelled and will not renew at the next billing date.
No. Our pricing is fixed and published. There are no surprise agent commissions, no per-contact fees, and no success fee on marriage. Any additional cost, such as travel to a remote district for a doorstep visit, is quoted and agreed with you in advance.
How your photographs, CNIC, and personal details are protected.
Your CNIC and sensitive documents are never publicly visible. They are accessible only to you, to a linked parent or guardian account, and to authorised verification staff. Photographs are shown to other members only within the access rules you choose.
Documents are delivered behind a tracking layer that overlays a personalised watermark containing the viewer's name, timestamp, and IP address on every unlocked view. This deters redistribution and makes any leaked copy traceable to the account that accessed it.
No. Your phone number is not published on your profile. It is shared only after you approve a contact request, and the Parent Portal can require guardian approval before any number is released.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with the verification partners required to complete a check you have requested, and only to the extent necessary for that check.
Profiles and documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access controls. Sensitive media sits behind a consent gate requiring explicit unlock authorisation, and access events are logged.
Yes. You can set your profile to hidden or visible-to-approved-families-only. In hidden mode your profile will not appear in public directory listings or search results.
How to reach a family, how proposals work, and what is expected of you.
Send a contact request from the candidate's profile. The request goes to the candidate and, where a guardian account is linked, to the parent as well. Contact details are exchanged only after they approve.
Yes. The directory supports filtering by city and neighbourhood, profession, sect, education level, age, and verification status, so you can narrow results to the criteria your family considers important.
It is a one-time PKR 2,900 upgrade that promotes your profile to the top of relevant search results for thirty days and includes it in the daily match digest sent to compatible families.
Free members can send a limited number of requests each month. Premium members receive unlimited contact requests along with priority placement and direct contact access.
None whatsoever. Contacting a family carries no commitment to marry, and declining a proposal requires no explanation. Our role is to make introductions safer, not to pressure either side.
For non-resident Pakistanis arranging a marriage with a family in Pakistan.
Yes. We regularly serve Pakistani families in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, the Gulf, and Australia. You can search, review, and approve proposals from abroad, and our local field officers conduct the physical checks in Pakistan on your behalf.
Our field officers physically visit the candidate's ancestral family home, confirm the residential address, speak with neighbours where appropriate, and verify local community standing. You receive a written report with the findings.
Depending on the country, we review HMRC P60 records or payslips and employer letters in the United Kingdom, W-2 forms in the United States, and CRA notices of assessment in Canada, alongside bank statements and employment confirmation.
Contact our team to arrange an overseas transfer method. We will provide the appropriate instructions once your verification requirement is confirmed.
Nikkah law, family consent, second marriages, and community considerations.
Under Pakistani law the minimum legal age is eighteen for a female and eighteen for a male under the Child Marriage Restraint (Amendment) Act 2019 in most jurisdictions. We do not accept profiles below the legal age, and we require CNIC evidence of age before verification.
Yes. We maintain dedicated directories for second marriage, divorced, and widowed candidates. Marital status is stated on the profile, and where a previous marriage has ended we can confirm the legal position as part of verification.
Yes. The directory covers Sunni, Shia, and Ahl-e-Hadith as well as a range of communities including Rajput, Butt, Sheikh, Mughal, Arain, Syed, and Gujjar, alongside candidates whose families are open on both caste and sect.
Parental involvement is a core part of how most Pakistani families approach marriage and the platform is built to support it, but a guardian account is optional for adult candidates. Where a guardian is linked, their approval is required before contact details are exchanged.
Yes. If you believe a profile contains a false claim, report it through the profile page. We investigate, and where a claim cannot be substantiated the profile loses its verified status. Knowingly false claims are grounds for removal from the platform.
